I passed through there this week. The border closure is nothing but a very big joke and a money making venture for the security agents there.
People are crossing the bridge to and from Onitsha, while vehicles are blocked and only allowed to pass at night after parting with nothing less than N1,000.
Right there, most persons don't have facemasks. Those who have, a large percentage of them have it on their neck. No social distancing whatsoever.
We really have a big problem in this country.
