Buhari has shown that it's not all gloom about his administration with the Master stroke he is dishing out occasionally he can conclude the treble by signing the electoral act that contains the clause for electronic transmission of results he would have written his name in gold by silently restructuring the country and also ensuring credible elections

Good move mr President, we need the same Financial autonomy to local governments also, by that it will demoralize the power of the state executive.

We had situations where the legislatures have impeached their governors. The Governors are afraid of loosing their grip on the lawmakers & that is why they are not happy with the recently signed executive order of the President because they can no longer withhold the money of other arms of government & use same to be arm twisting them to their favour
