Well they probably would have learnt from the failures of these airlines that you mentioned. You think they just jump into the business because they have money to waste? If they manage their business properly and avoid anything that will cause poor customer service and numerous complaints by customers, they won't have any problem.

You can see the glaring difference between airpeace and arik. Before airpeace came on board, customers complained bitterly about the poor services of arik but they didn't bother to change because they didn't have solid competition. Airpeace came and have better option and service and a lot of people dumped arik and other airlines. If this new guys put in extra effort to satisfy their customers, airpeace will probably need to level up to keep their customers. Healthy competition brings out the best services and at the end of the day, everyone benefits (customers and the airlines).
