Check Out Fines For Offenses Levied On Defaulting Motorists In Cross River State by NaijadrivaCars: 12:06am On May 28, 2020
Cross River State Traffic Management And Regulatory Agency has outlined fines for traffic offenses in the State. The Agency would enforce fines to defaulting motorists.

According to Godwin Nyiam, the Director General of the Agency, fines for offenses are as follows:

1).Driving with expired drivers license………. 3,000
2).Driving without a driver’s license……. 8,000
3). Driving an unregistered vehicle…… 10,000
4). Driving a commercial vehicle without hackney/stage carriage license….. 5,000.00… 10,000
5). Being in possession of driving license and driving of any vehicle by a person under 18 years of age…… 10,000
6). Driving a vehicle without a cover note or a certificate of insurance…. 10,000
7). Carrying a roof rack without permit…. 5,000
cool. Not wearing a commercial conductor’s badge… 5,000
9). Not wearing a commercial driver’s badge…… 5,000
10). Driving a vehicle with worn-out tyres….. 5,000
11). Not being in possession of a certificate of road worthiness…. 5,000
12). Exceeding prescribed number of passangers….. 5,000
13). Carrying animals with passangers in a vehicle…. 5,000
14). Goods above the authorized weight…. 5,000….. 10,000
15). Driving a vehicle with single or no headlight….. 5,000
16). Driving a vehicle with defective head light…. 3,000
17). Driving a vehicle with a defective rear lights… 3,000
18). Driving a vehicle with worn- out pedals…. 3,000

20). Failure to display caution sign in case of broken down vehicle… 5,000
