The Chairman of Asari Toru Local Government Area in Rivers State, Odiari Princewill, has died from COVID-19. According to reports, Odiari who is a strong loyalist to the state governor, Nyesom Wike, lost his battle to the viral disease on Wednesday night, May 27. NDDC officials in the state, carried out his burial at the Port Harcourt cemetery, today May 28. See Photos HERE

This is serious. Though covid-19 doesn't seem to be as portent as we thought in Nigeria/Africa, Nonetheless, it's real and should be given the seriousness it deserves. |
