i am john, if anybody have same experiance or any idea about this could you share with me it should be great help.
in 2004 i applied for the UK work permit unfotunatelly my visa was refused then i did not appeal against i giveup after that i did some diplomas plus work experiance now 2011 i want to apply for UK student visa. incause if i apply again will they refeuse my application ? or will they consider my current position?

Can you remember why u were refused visa in 2004?

thanks for your comments there was sponsor problem i have not submit sponsor financial document such sponsor bank statement, i refuse document mention that the sponsor have not show any guarantee i am after two years he will take responsibility to sent back to home to home country thatsall.

Ok, then they wouldn't use that against u if u apply now but in the form u will be asked if u have been refused visa to the UK before, u have to say yes and explain to them.

Check the student visa requirement now cos it has changed since 2004.
