As important as aba is,it is worse than a slum.

A slum neighborhood can be blamed on poverty. Aba deserves better due to wealth of both rulers and subjects!

Abia's capital is Umuahia on paper, but in our hearts it remains ABA!

The problem is how much will be stolen from that money. What mechanism is being put in place to repay. Nigerian Leaders will be collecting loans like if it is free money

That money done loss oh
Chinese loan would have been better because the interest is lower, so he should have gone for that if he truly wanted to use the money for the good of the people, but he didn't because China makes sure you build what you took the loan for exactly as you said infact they will send engineers to work with you if your engineers try to be smart they'll take the work from you and build the whole thing themselves World bank doesn't care infact they want you to loot the money so that the next idiot coming after you will take loan for that same project again if he also loots it the circle repeats 3 loans for one project that MORE PROFIT FOR THE WORLD BANK.
Because of this politicians avoid these Chinese loans except they truly want to do that particular project then they go for it That is why I respect CHIBUIKE ROTIMI AMAECHI and the Rail he has done all others in buharis regime era including Buhari himself are Goats those dwarf ones wey dey smell well well

Every one keeps borrowing with no current plan of loan repayment only to leave massive debt for the next government.
You seek loans to build roads and fund other capital expenditures whereas you pay your people peanuts,
subject them to starvation and when they cannot bear it anymore, they resort to committing suicide, transfer of aggression —but wont hesitate to put the blames on the Federal Government when the problem is clearly from the state government angry

I agree, the debt burden is too much and must be curtail, but a government cannot maintain the current recurring expenditure and at the same time build capital infrastructures.

The responsibilities of the government is capital expenditure and social services, Nigerians must learn to build businesses and stop expecting the government to provide jobs.
