Officialgarri: I agree, the debt burden is too much and must be curtail, but a government cannot maintain the current recurring expenditure and at the same time build capital infrastructures. The responsibilities of the government is capital expenditure and social services, Nigerians must learn to build businesses and stop expecting the government to provide jobs. |
