Covid 19 also affected alot of African Americans since they do not have access to the type of healthcare most whites had access to due to being at a disadvantage on the socio economic status ladder caused by years of suppression.

This was followed by the killing of Ahmed Aubrey by those white guys.

Followed by Amy Cooper's use of her white status to threaten a black guy asking her to do the right thing.

Followed by the murder of George Floyd - The tipping point. People watched a live murder on TV, and it was too much to handle.

Every incident was flooding people's timeline on SM. Most people were already out of work due to Covid. The pressure was just too much for them to take in. Coupled with the insensitivity tweets of Trump. Something just had to give.
