Ten years ago I lost someone to diabetes, since then I have told myself, I would do my best for diabetic patients.



A lot of diabetes patients often use drug and most of these drugs have various effect on their nervous, circulatory and excretory organs. I am not against using medicine for diabetes but I do believe, a little Phytochemicals would help too.





Most of the drugs we use have two to three side effects that you never get to know about. I will be discussing five easily available leaves you can chew for diabetes – trust me the need to stabilize your sugar level won’t be a problem if you stay consistent with the usage.

Efinrin is another common leave which is available almost everywhere. This leaves is found to contain essential antioxidants and flavornoids which stabilizes sugar level in the body.

A lot of people who are familiar with leaves are very familiar with Efinrin, I myself I chew two pieces of efinrin leaves often. I don’t have diabetes, I chew them for weight loss and cleansing.

Efinrin has also been confirmed as one of the best natural leaves to battle and win diabetes. I will also like men with diabetes are advised to stay away from this due to Side effect on libido and sometimes infertility side effect from this leave, probably go for any of the other four.



3. Guava Leaves
Tea made from the leaves of the guava plant is one of the Foods for Specified Health Uses approved by Japan. The approval process requires studies on animals and humans, chemical analysis, and proof that the product is what it says it is. I wish the U.S. had a list like that.

In one study, people drank guava tea after eating white rice. They had far less of a glucose rise than people who drank hot water.





Guava leaf seems to lower fasting sugars as well. In a study of people with Type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, those who drank guava leaf tea with every meal for 12 weeks had lower fasting blood sugar levels than before they started drinking the tea…

Method of Usage

Get about 30 guava leaves, boil in 100ml of water, cool and allow to stay overnight. Take every morning.



4. Mango Leaves
Mango leaves is another leaf you don’t want to miss the usage.

The fact that mango leave cures diabetes isn’t just a stated fact or theory, it has been experimented and as worked.


A research done on mice in 2010 shows that mice when given Mango leave absorbed less glucose and this ultimately lowered their blood sugar level.



Mango leaves are found to improve insulin production, improve distribution of glucose to the body system which stabilizes sugar level. Most importantly, Mango contains numerous nutrients like pectin, ascorbic acid which lowers bad cholesterol in your body. Mango leaves is rich in antioxidants which is highly great for everyone.





Method of Usage

Boil 15 mango leaves in 100ml or 200ml of water.

Cool and allow to stay overnight, then take at the early hours of the morning before eating. Five minutes of boiling will be okay to avoid destroying the vitamins and the not heat stable antioxidants.



5. AAK Leaves

Aak plants are found everywhere in different species. It bears bluish-white flowers with thorny fruits. It has many religious aspects, as the flowers and fruits are used in the worshipping of Lord Shiva. Well, let us talk how Aak leaves can treat Obesity and Diabetes.

Method of Usage

Take 2 full leaves of Aak plant.

– From the (opposite side )which is little rough, place it on your feet sole and wear socks.

– Do the same with both the feet.

– Make sure that the leaves are touching your soles completely.

– Allow the leaves to stay there for whole day, before going to sleep remove it and wash your legs.

– Repeat the process with new leaves for a week or more depending on how bad the wound is.

– Make sure you go for sugar level checkup and you will be amazed.





At the end of the day, You will need to eat more of bitter leaves – leaves which have antioxidants are great in detoxifying and keeping the body in shape.

Why do you guys keep on fooling yourselves?? Don't misinform the public. Diabetes cannot be cured but MANAGED. And those leaves are close to nothing in even managing diabetes.
