The Bible says,"God is love." 1John 4:8 and, So he that walketh in love walketh in God.


The Bible says,"And now abides faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love." 1Cor13:13

What does it mean to walk in love. To walk in love is to walk in all the attributes of love as specified 1Cor13: 4-7.

It is important for you to know that the focus of the love walk is your neighbour.

To walk in love then means to walk in the attributes of love as specified in 2 Cor 13:4-7 towards your neighbour.

Love (God's love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking;
This means do not insist on your right or your own way in your dealings with your neighbour.





it is not touchy or fretful or resentful;
This means you should not be touchy nor fretful not resentful in your dealings with your neighbour





it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong].
This means pay no attention to evil done to you by your neighbour nor to suffered wrong.Do not keep records of wrong doing.




[6]It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail.

This means you should bear up under anything that comes your way.

This means believe the best of your neighbour

This means you should not allow your hope to fade under all circumstances and you should endure everything without weakening.
