To the unknown God ;

Secularists promote secularism as a function of the information they surrender their susceptibility to. Their worldview is a reflection of materialism. There are two definitions of materialism.
The first is the tendency to acquire material possession while the other definition is the belief that whatever is not tangible, palpable and measurable by time and space is not real.

In other words, if it cannot be subjected to empiricism, it's an illusion. They also believe that all problems under the sun has their solutions under the sun

That assertion sounds absolutely logical and
reasonable, but the implication it portends is the shutting down of the soul from exercising one of it's natural repertoire which is to explore beyond the realm of the earthly stratosphere in the search of solutions to life's conundrum.

That school of thought also seem to amplify man's corporeal(physical) plane of existence to the detriment of his ethereal(spiritual) plane of existence .

Blaise Pascal said" There is a reason beyond reasoning". His assertion does not in the slightest form diminish or relegate reasoning , it however points in the direction of something beyond reasoning.

There are basically four positions of Christian Apologists.

The first is known as
Christian Rationalism; The belief that reason is enough to completely demonstrate the validity of the Christian faith(Raymond Lully)

Followed by Christian Agnosticism; A complete distrust of reason. A belief that faith and reason don't mix.(Blaise Pascal)

The third is Logical Christianity; The belief that one can begin with reason and move on to faith(Thomas Aquinas)

Lastly, Autonomous Christianity; A belief that faith is self - establishing and that it is not inconsistent with reason. Faith and reason are not mutually exclusive. ( Cornelius Van Til)

Of these four positions , the third and fourth seem to slightly accommodate the position of secularists by giving a place to reason in man's search for answers to life's questions.

Christianity is not against reason, but it's above reasoning. To argue that there is no more to life than what can be scientifically established, is to be an intellectual ignoramus, proving ignorance with intellect.

False philosophy is like a blind man looking in a dark room for a black cat that isn't there.
False philosophy is that science of learning more and more about less and less until you finally know everything about nothing.

Looking for what is not lost in a place that does not exist best describes man's several attempts to solve life's puzzle outside of the divine . A deliberate disregard of God is man's greatest undoing.

There is a God who made the heavens and the earth, though unknown to you, He knows everything about you.
