This is the game plan-and the slavemasters fully know how to play it well.Did he came in as the DG in this way? Perhaps it was one of those nepotic appointments back then. You may be deceived but I'm not bro.

What?.. Who's fighting?.I pity the two southern mumus fighting to succeed the northerner because President Bubu will ditch them and appoint a Level 10 northerner in NIIA as the next DG..

You got the drift sir. When they cant expressly install their own, they then create an unnecessary crisis & cash in on it.

Normally, an acting DG should have been appointed through the minister by President Buhari, but since that has not been done, that's why there is crisis now, the former DG should be questioned for not following laid down procedures, and if the ministry was serious about the issue, another directive making sure the most senior head the agency should have been done.

I am very close to one of the parties, the most senior director has a disciplinary case petition hanging on his neck, he also petitioned his next in command (director) on disciplinary issues which has not been resolve, the 3rd most senior director who happens to be my brother and childhood friend has a clean slate, therefore the former DG did the right thing by handing over to the most senior director without any disciplinary/moral issues. He is a Cross Riverian. Therefore no nepotism here.

If the Grade 15 officer has disciplinary issues, he is automatically disqualified from assuming position as Acting even though he is the next most senior officer. That is another aspect of the policy which they won't tell you.

But it wasn't mentioned here. And we know it would have been if it was the issue here..

Everyone is just following Buhari"s terrible footsteps...

Dear in my opinion, it's the Prof who feeis shortchanged That is sponsoring this publication. But would hide under the name of 'reporter'. Nigerian medical is cash and carry. You write and give them to publish after you have settled the reporter and editor. Am talking based on experience. Similar thing happened in my place of work and the officer who is supposed to take over is going about crying on newspaper pages. But we all know he has a disciplinary case. So the next person is now acting. That's the norm. The case has been in his file and he knows but just going about playing ethnic card

.You are a novice. You think the minister and perm sec do not know civil service rules? And who do you think sponsored the publication? The officer that feels shortchanged, of course. Some of you don't understand politics and that's why you talk anyhow on social media.

So much for your IQ and yet you cannot wrestle the governance of Nigeria from the Mallams. So what is the use of your IQ.

In 1903 when the whole of Nigeria came under the British rule there were only 159 British Government (white) personnel in Nigeria including the military and all government officials. It was not guns but IQ.

So use your so called IQ or shut the fvck up, you don’t have that wisdom you brag about.
