Something tells me his disappearance was caused by the lockdown. If he went missing three weeks ago it's likely he was moving around instead of being locked at home like everyone else. The best bet is checking police stations. I believe he's locked up unjustly, justly in this case since he broke the law by disobeying the lockdown.
