I think this pastor gets it wrong. You shouldn't ask people not to bring tithe or offering because it was not the pastor that gave the instructions. Your job is to teach and navigate men in the Wordof Hod and not to instruct them to do otherwise. A true Christian will do what is right following what the Bible says and not what one Pastor says

I see, they shuld stop paying their tithes & offering to God, right? and keep being unfaithful to God almighty and disobey his words.. forgeting God said that he honour his words more than his name...

He has a point about acceptable offering being a voluntary one but again tithe is 10% and can always come out even if earning level drops.
