Keep embracing their culture, while they're there to make money out of you.

Fools.

Cultural exchange is not bad, even Russia has such relationship with China. What is bad is not developing urselves as a country or state to become a power house by knowledge exchange and innovation, which is now a factor of the direction of ur leaders and government.

If you know the evil these Chinese people are doing to us under ground, you will never allow them stay even in your toilet. I pray it will not be too late before we realize their real motives.
Call me village woman if you like.

...and this is something to be proud of?

The same China that didn't bat an eyelid when they were discriminating against Africans and throwing them out of their residences recently?

Why are we like this? undecided

Reason why it's risky for Igbos to lead this country in any capacity whatsoever, they will hand over the country of over 200 million people and 250+ tribes & dialects to China same way idiots in Zambia handed themselves and their destiny to the Chinese.

I'm telling you the greater population of Igbo's in the 50s and 60s were in the north, most of them were born there

Our dominant spirit as Igbo's won't allow other people to dominate us in our own lands , if the Igbo's could be dominated it could have happened long ago by northerners cause 70% of Igbo's lived in the north before the civil war, people like azikewe were born in the north .
That is why Azikiwe sold us to the north

You people should know how China rolls.. They like to dominate in total...

They are gradually imposing their beliefs on your people
the only race that likes to dominate totally is the white race.
That is why we not only speak their language, the whole world dresses like them and many people have adopted their Christian beliefs

The China man has nothing on the whites when it comes to domination
Ask south Africa

Good response. Azikiwe saw himself as a Northern slave first and igbo second.

There are several ways to enslave people which include; conquest, deception and by adoption of culture & beliefs of the slave master.

Africans need to wake up and sell our own culture to the world not otherwise

The chinese didn't come with their technology, their science, their technical know-how etc, they came with their culture, tradition and language. Africans will foever remain foolish if they can't see the handwriting on the wall at this day and age

Azikiwe didn't sell us to the north, azikwe was the one that freed Nigeria from the colonize masters he was a Nigerian hero , he spoke Hausa Igbo and Yoruba fluently he was a symbol of Nigerian unity , because of that he didn't want to destroy what he created.
He wasn't the only Igbo born in the north almost all the Igbo's involved in the so called Igbo coup were born in the north or grew up in the north.

Igbo and China have the same thing in common even with North domination

the only difference between these three different people is China and Igbo will bring development to where they dominate while North bring only destruction and violence

this is why Yoruba should be highly careful with their mumu sophistication, I'm glad we have a vibrant youths in southwest to resist any rising occurrences
