Are you passionate about a social cause & ready to make difference? This is your opportunity to assist the team Dinidari Foundation by volunteering your time and service.

In our current work, we are partnering with the National Human Rights Commission to improve reporting channels and response to SGBV and other human rights violations. This partnership also birthed the weekly #StateOfHumanRightsNG on AIT's Kakaaki.

We hold conversations and produce podcasts on prevailing national issues with the aim of driving policies and legislative change.

We are also kicking off our work with the Fed. Min. of Women Affairs on providing shelter for victims of SGBV & advocating for equal rights & opportunities for Nigerian Women in the ongoing constitutional amendment process. The #WIPFConference2020 is a vital part of this.

We have so much lined up for the coming year and you would love to be a part of it.

Excited about these? Send your cover letter and CV to info@dinidari.org and we will see you on the other side of this exciting journey.

Hello! Most of these questions have been answered on my Q and A segment which you can watch via the link in my signature. You can watch them here: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=1eL3CR9ZNRh_Mldzq7_hLEGHZtE2Us595
However I will answer them as I can

1. Most Volunteering are non paid. You can do it side by side with your paid jobs. As long as you know how much time you can commit and know how to navigate through your schedules.

2. Some do, some don't. It largely dependent on the organization that you are going into.

3. You can follow us and join our telegram group to be updated on opportunities weekly

Thank you. I hope this helps

Re: Thread On Volunteering Opportunities In Nigeria by eminentSconsult: 5:11pm On Oct 04
I think someone called me from here. I tried to call back but it's not going through

We have a telegram group. We have over 100 people there who have benefited from what we do.

WhatsApp has a limit on the total number of people that can be in a group hence making it solely on telegram.

The WhatsApp group is not free. It's 500 per month.

Now the difference is that with the WhatsApp group, we can talk and discuss one on one. Ensure that you reach where you want to head too in your volunteer journey. Opportunities are shared on both platforms but you have access to me and also we would be having classes which you would have discounts to.

Here is screenshot of some of the participants who have gained from both WhatsApp and Telegram.

If you can't pay or you can't join telegram. You have the option of following me and putting on post notifications for social media as opportunities are also shared there as well.
