I really hate it when we Nigerians pursue this ridiculous line of argument. Would we even be having this discussion if the accused did not steal? Any southern general or politician that wants to avoid disgrace should avoid theft, at least then we can beat out chest and say 'Oh look, its only the Northerners that are stealing'.
