TripleOh7: Not this type of park pls...this is not a public park...parks are necessity, in developed countries, parks are everywhere and are free, many parks are created by local governments and not for legacy purpose |

sexylassie2: Some parks may be free in other countries, but not all parks. What do you mean by it's not a public park? Is it a private park? Parks are created for various reasons some of which I've listed anyway. No matter how you look at it, it is a good project. If there are park attendants, it creates jobs for them. It creates a place of recreation for the residents. And it preserves the green areas of the state. It is a good project. My opinion. |

TripleOh7: Parks are free in developed countries. Even in abj, parks are free. For example, most parks in abj were created and maintained by private companies. People go there to have fun any time. Free to enter, free to go out. |

GeeJack: Mr. Man the Port Harcourt Peasure Park was outsourced on completion and runs as an independent outfit....the government has no bearing on the day to day running of the place...the park management make remittances to the government based on agreed formula at the end of each business year. |
