We keep doing BIG BROTHER....

We did it to Ghana and it made us to be a dullard to the people of Ghana.

Soon, Niger, Cameroon and Chad will thank Nigeria and say no to this gesture. This is because, these nations are expanding their developments in the energy sector.

In Satellite Town, Lagos : There has been no power for days. Really pathetic that our Leaders are failing us.

Can you educate me on how you did it to Ghana ?

Read history and you would know Ghana had rather been a big brother to Nigeria !

Nigeria gives Benin Republic, Togo and Burkina Faso light and they all have steady light. Nigeria wants to give chad and they will still have steady light. But how come the giver to steady light to other countries cannot have steady light itself. This is a very serious matter that needs to be checked properly.

some of those those countries where the river niger passes thru can build dams on the river for their electricity but this will reduce the flow of the niger river into nigeria which will affect us so we have no choice than to give them electricity 24/7, na so life be o

That's the joke of the century!
Should we tell them that our total electricity output is not even enough to power only Yobe state grin grin grin

Perhaps we should tell you that you’re ignorant.

Nigeria’s electricity generation is enough to power all the homes in nigeria(excluding industries and commercial entities) but our problem lies in our distribution network that is lacking critical infrastructure funding and finance which makes it unable to pick up and distribute all the electricity we generate. Our city and town planning is also not helping.

Chad has seen the gap and they’re trying to exploit it.

Get your information right about your country before criticizing it.

How could u supply them electricity when we are yet to be self sufficient.

Nigeria is a failed country indeed!
U have done feeding ur children with healthy foods but u could feed ur neighbor sufficiently.

We produce O.
We don't produce O.

I don't have light AT ALL in my house and have paid heavily for solar and inverter installation since 2013.
At least now, I can use fridge and watch TV at 2am in the night without disturbing anybody with generator
noise and fumes.
Don't criticise the guy above... He is just telling you the end result of all the infrasture.
He doesn't have light and it is not supposed to be so.

Re: Chad Begs Nigeria For Electricity Supply by cooltola(m): 6:59pm On Jun 19, 2020
Instead of Chad begging for electricity, they can use solar energy, they have more sunlight and less rain than Nigeria. Chad is close to the sahara desert so solar energy will make sense.

AGAIN CHAD!
It is shameful, Nigeria supplies electricity to Rep.of Benni, Rep.of Niger and Rep. Of Togo, even Ghana, but Nigerians are sleep without electricity, what a tale of Omo eleran ti nje egungun?.It was reported three days ago that Republics of Benni,Niger, and Togo are owing Nigerian Governt a humongous amount of debt in electricity supply and under the guise of BIG BROTHER, they refused paying the money, it is a tale of 'the boy is good' Big FOOL! and now Chad wanted her own pounds of flesh, let Engr. Sale Mamman gives his Clan brother, Abakar Saleh Chachaimi electricity, afterall they are of the same Country.
