Let us start from the beginning...on the 12 of November, oshiomhole was suspended by the state exco of apc in edo after 18 LGA chapter chairmen gave him a no confidence vote.it was reported that his ward exco in add 10 etsako east LGA also suspended him but no evidence of this clearly exist.a quick and thorough search shows that on the 13 Nov 2019,23 out of the 28 exco members in ward 10 suspended 5 members including the ward chairman Steve shawo.it means if there was any suspension of oshio,it was done by 5 members out of 28 which cannot stand.the suspension carried out by 23 members therefore has validity.

On the 14 of Nov,11 out of the 16 state exco members suspended anslem ojezua and his deputy while 5 members led by anslem suspended the others.after the suspension of ojezua,the exco elected David imuse as chairman..this being carried out by majority of the exco members is valid and of effect.

The stephen shawo now went to court to get an order suspending oshiomhole..in January,the court struck out the case and it was agreed that they remained suspended.then anslem ojezua now went to the high court again to get an order suspending oshiomhole.

Based on the above,oshiomhole will triumph at the courts eventually and David imuse faction is the authentic apc faction.

The party's NWC has ratified Ojezua's suspension - and that supercedes every other but meanwhile court went to rule that Ojezua's faction is the legitimate faction. Though I may be wrong, but Obaseki's last visit to Wike could have effect on the upheld of Osho Baba's suspension.. Wike at least has influence in Nigeria judiciary

This is a battle between him and Obaseki, Should Apc field Ize Iyamu, with the support of Buhari ( Not his mind support), Tinubu, Oshiomole's, Apc in general, Obaseki will lose.

First things first, for whatever it is worth, Ojezua knows he will go. He is only there to act the spoiler, this is because if he had left with Obaseki, all cases wherein he is a party to will be quashed.

Since the Ward has lifted that suspension, all organs (LG & State) have no option but ratify.

How do you want the court to recognise a rebel group, EPM, where on earth have you seen that, you formed a group inside a party, and even gave it a name openly, or is it in the APC's constitution to form rebel groups. The NWC under Oshiomhole is useless.
Ojezua's remains the authentic Chairman in Edo State.
Any candidate sponsored by that rebel group will be disqualified.
There is no case.

If it is the election that brought him to power you are referring to, you are right. PDP won but APC rigged themselves in. Now, that has changed. The odds are against Ize-Iyamu because of Oshiomhole's greed for power.

First of all, did you even read the original post that we're debating on? This discussion has nothing to do with EPM or other private groups and I did not talk about EPM, how can I talk about EPM? Is it a registered organization or party? It is even just a pressure group which has virtually dissolved since. When we talk about faction, APC Edo State split into 2 factions - 1 faction is loyal to Oshiomhole (and so naturally sympathetic to EPM, maybe that's probably why you're saying they're EPM) and the other faction is loyal to Obaseki and following Ojezua/few others who suspended the secretary and then the other faction then suspended Ojezua for anti-party activities (that is this act that they were holding secret meetings with PDP & other parties to negotiate decamp and governorship ticket for Obaseki) and they (that is, faction 2) then appointed Col. David Imuse (Rtd.) as the chairman of their faction.

And by the way, Ojezua's suspension was ratified by the NWC and that is the highest authority in the party and is as spelt by the party constitution and so, my thought/the problem now is, how can court explain itself on this by ruling that Ojezua is the authentic chair? Are they overruling a party's legal/binding constitution? It's confusing!
