ABUJA: The Rivers state chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has written the National Working Committee NWC indicating its resolve to fill the office of the Deputy National Secretary.


The Hilliard Eta-led NWC had earlier declared the office vacant, saying its occupant, Chief Victor Giadom had resigned to contest in the 2019 general elections.

Now, this is the way to go. The zonal caucus led by Hillard Eta should immediately ratify the decision of the state chapter and by Monday, he should be sworn in.

I remember calling on Oshiomole to immediately expel Giadom after the March stunt but he decided to play it cool with Obaseki and Amaechi. This is the time to rout them completely. In Yoruba land, we don’t suffer a wounded snake to live. It is just too deadly. After removing Giadom from his NWC position, he should be expelled from the party for anti party activities.
