He who Eats Bread with me has Lifted up his Heel Against me, but You, O Lord God, be Merciful to me, and Raise me Up to You

And Thus the Lord will Deliver him in a Time of Trouble; the Lord will Preserve him and Keep him Alive, for You will Not Deliver him to the Will of his Enemies

[It reads,] blessed [is] he who considers the poor, the Lord will deliver him in a time of trouble. The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; [and] he will be blessed upon the earth, and You will not deliver him to the will of his enemies.

[For] my enemies speak evil of me, "When will he die, and his name perish?"

All who hate me whisper together against me, they devise my hurt against me.

By this I know that You favor me, because my enemy does not triumph over me. And as for me, You uphold me in my integrity, and set me before Your Face forever. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies, You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.

Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the House of the Lord forever.

False Witnesses have Risen up Against me, but the Lord God is my Salvation; whom will I Fear?

For in the Time of Trouble He will Hide me in His Pavilion, the Lord will Take me Up and Set me Up Upon a Rock, so that my Head will be Lifted Above my Enemies

Psalms 27:1, Torah
The Lord [is] my light and my salvation; whom will I fear? The Lord [is] the strength of my life; of whom will I be afraid?

When the wicked, [even] my enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. Though a host should encamp against me, my heart will not fear, though war should rise against me, I [will be] confident in this.

Psalms 27:5 - 6, Torah
For in the time of trouble He will hide me in His pavilion, He will hide me in the secret of His tent; He will set me up upon a rock. And [so] now my head will be lifted up above my enemies around me, therefore I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tent; I will sing, I will sing praises to the Lord.

[So] plead [my cause], O Lord, with those who strive with me, fight against those who fight against me. Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for my help. Draw out the spear also, and stop [the way] against those who persecute me, say to my soul, "I [am] your salvation."

Let them be confounded and put to shame, [those] who seek after my soul, let them be turned back and brought to confusion, [those] who devise my hurt.

And my soul will be joyful in the Lord, it will rejoice in His salvation.

[So] do not hide Your Face [far] from me; do not put Your servant away in anger, You have been my help; do not leave me, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation.

And my tongue will speak of Your righteousness [and] of Your praise all the day long -

[For] when my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up.

[So] do not deliver me over to the will of my enemies, for false witnesses have risen up against me, and such who breathe out cruelty. [I had fainted], unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

[So] wait on the Lord, be of good courage, and He will strengthen your heart, wait, I say, on the Lord.
