Today, we distributed 500,000 cocoa seedlings and other agro-based farming inputs to cocoa farmers in Akwa Ibom State.

This marks the beginning of the new Cocoa planting season and I remain committed to improving Agriculture, Food Security and Food Sufficiency for my people.

Obaseki ogun will kill you oo. Amen. See how akwa ibom is developing their state fast while Edo state is still where oshiomole left it.

No roads, no lights, no jobs nothing but obaseki is busy signing mou.

He did absolutely nothing in Edo State.

God bless akwa ibom

I'm a Nigerian from the south west, but I must commend this man.. He is always in the News for the progress of his subordinates..
A plea to all Nairalanders, can we stop ascribing Tribal Bigotry to all our comments. Like why do we call each other "Afonjas, Ipob terrorist, Skull miners, etc'
Nigeria will never get better if we the citizens don't recognize ourselves as Nigerians

I love that State, right from when they built that Beautiful stadium.

meanwhile, people from a certain region are more interested in building another man's land whilst leaving theirs in mess...hahahaha.

good.....finally my governor have started working...nice seeing how things are now better for my people and also seeing the way the prices of commodity goods are declining in the markets...the man is really working by building good roads and infrastuctures for the people of the state but i personally dnt like the way nairaland have been blowing his trumphet recently because dts wat he was voted for to do, he is not doing them with his personal income, and also this is his scond term and we expected alot of such transformation from him as he promised since his first term...i am paulolee reporting live from uyo on nairaland news...

grin

NIGERIANS and celebration of mediocrity.

500k seedlings grin
Something a small private farm can boast of.
Useless people.

Akwa ibom of one of the states getting the highest FG allocations monthly with little or almost nothing to show for it.

In a sane country, with the amount Akwa ibom receives every month, Akwa ibom SHOULD be as developed as Johannesburg, Addis Ababa at least.

This useless old fool generation leaders are complete failures.

this is great, investing in agriculture is always a good thing. Another good thing is investing in yourself by saving, I just opened a savings account for that from the comfort of my home by dailing*737*0#. You should try it too

I second @PretyDiva, God bless all hardworking and life-changing governors and political leaders in Nigeria. In between, our democracy is very expensive and need real pruning.
