I Am personally in this matter and I can assure you that Obaseki joining the party was a big sham we are arguing that he bought his nomination form long out of time and he doesn’t know what’s coming for him lol.
What INEC wants to know is:
-Did you meet the 21 days notice before the deadline?
-Did you submit your timetable?
-Did the processes for the sale and submission of forms meet INEC recommendations?
- Was any adjustment or otherwise communicated to INEC within the purview of the 21 days?

PDP closed sales of forms May 29, and extended same to June 01, and so on.

How you move your timetable is the party's headache!?

You normally see a man that is not smart through his appearance and disposition, ordinarily we have suffered in the hands of these mediocres called politicians, that is why over decades of uninterrupted democracy it has not been easy for us to make a step forward, there is need for us to change the narrative from 2023, let this be the last time we will allow these incompetent men to lead us, enough is enough

This is an APC view point! Obaseki won't only contest the primaries of PDP he will emerge the candidate.

Political drama is expected and we are seeing one

You are arguing that he bought his nomination form out of time? Is that an argument a lawyer should canvass knowing fully well that internal affairs of a political party is not subject to court review. It is like those who are challenging the waiver granted by APC to Ize Iyamu. You cannot bring the court to run political parties.

Before you ever quote me again, get your authorities... we have successfully
Obtained the interim injunction, we still have the interlocutory on ground and the Originating Summons itself....

See the case of PDP v ORANEZI ... if you need more authorities as to why the court can intervene in a parties matter inbox me... lawyers argue with authority not MTN data

INEC has no issue whatsoever in this matter as they are just a nominal party for the sake of rulings and judgments arising from the matter...

I guess this is a counter strike from APC.
The 2 main parties primary are now in limbo.
The wiser one will prop up an unknown party as a backup.

There are PDP constitutional provisions about screening timing and sales of forms bla bla all this was contravened the moment they brought in Obaseki.

Exparte motion ...Obaseki will not even bother...A stay of execution tommorow will render this a dead rubber... The grounds are so funny...that he didn't purchase form on time When there is a waiver recognized by the court... No Case

Recognized by which court?

Of course, the aspirant knows stay of execution may be obtained.

He just wants to put pre-election matter hurdle in front of Obaseki in case he wins, it will then be pursued to logical conclusion.

This is not looking good for our democracy. The intrusion of courts into party matters should be minimal.

Unfortunately, it is the same PDP that has been encouraging the courts to be dabbling into such matters. Let us continue watching.

By extending sales of forms?

I am looking at their Constitution now ...can't find it! Can you help me?

This isn't the first time any of the two parties will do this....but for clarity sake, will like to know.

Because you are not paying attention.
If Obaseki participates in PDP primary and wins, then they have no candidate
based on this court order.
Same way for APC if Giadom conducts his own primary.
Ize Iyamu's membership is even in question.

The third-party with the highest vote may carry the day.

There other alternatives, that INEC extends the primary election dates so the issues
can be sorted first.
Or both APC and PDP decide to withdraw their mole's court cases.
