I'll suggest you call her by her FIRST NAME and let her do the same to you.
Never precede that by any title like ''brother, sister, lovely.....'' when refering to each other.
When speaking with your friends or hers about each other, don't say, ''my husband or my wife,'' say THE FIRST NAME WITHOUT ANY PRECEDING TITLE.

I always coin out a swt n luvly name frm her REAL name(either nativ or english name). Its either i take d 1st two or three letters of her real name, or d last two or three letters of her name. E.g. If his name is Williams, u can call him "willi", if Chukwudi, u can call him "di". I rili dont like all these "honey, swettie, sugarpie, angel, bumshort, etc.
