This same AFDB that the Trump administration tagged ineffective and lack transparency, shame on Trump and his officials, they are only aggrieved based on what they perceived as collaborative relationship African nations are having under the current AfDB administration with China thus finding every means to tarnish the image of AfDB leadership.

Assuming the plans of US come to pass, Dr Adeshina would have been removed unjustly but thank God while they were planning their ungodly act, the issue of Floyd George came up and their plans were truncated.

Dr Adeshina is among the few intellectuals we have in the helm of affairs in Africa currently, even as corrupt as Nigeria is, he stood out when he served as minister of Agriculture so it's pertinent on us in that part of the world to stand against any oppressor that wants to bully character like this.
Are you talking about the slowpoke that looked at a solar eclipse with his bare eyes.

??

My friend, AFDB is not a Nigerian managed organization !
And the guy was right on the choice of noun he chose, and the message he was trying to convey are bond rigid; "We have what it takes to make Nigeria and Africa great"
AFDB is owned by collaborated nations in Africa and the present President of the institution is a Nigerian.

What else do you want to hear?

The African Development Bank Group (AfDB) has two other entities: the African Development Fund (ADF) and the Nigeria Trust Fund (NTF).

The UK has the largest share in the ADF followed by the US and Japan which comes second and third respectively.

Nigeria has the largest share in AfDB while the US comes second.

Bar1941:

Thanks for the correction, they have the second after the UK.

Had it been some force get away with conspiracy theories with President Akinwumi it would have be another story

Sadly our fellow Nigerians were supporting the conspiracy, because their infallible America is always right.

Because of his relationship with China the slave masters were angry, and Nigerians were supporting America.

I wish we can let down tribalism and born to rule mentally slide and pave way for someone like Akinwumi to be our president for a term than bringing in incompetent people to do a final burial on the half buried Nigeria.

Nigeria is too rich with resources to be this way.

Just imagine.. Adeshina president... Ngozi Iweala as Vice... Then soludo/sanusi/enwegbara as CBN governor...
I can't imagine the combo

Does this mean FCMB is transparent too for publishing their assistance to Ogun State and their feeding program?
