POSITION: RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Responsible for building and preserving trusting relationships with customers and maintaining the company’s positive image while developing new business leads and clientele base.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Building positive relationships to preserve existing customers and renew contracts
Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
Identifying key customer needs and develop plans to address them
Seeking out and subsequently developing new, mutually beneficial partnerships
Promote high-quality sales and customer service processes.
Ensuring both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
Gaining solid knowledge of competitors and develop strategies to match up with them.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar field.
Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to take initiative
Customer-oriented mindset
Experience in sales or marketing is preferred

JOB POSITION: IT SYSTEM SUPPORT OFFICER

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer network and providing the required technical support.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Maintain servers and system security according to company standards.
Manage backup process and perform data
Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Providing technical support to users across the company
Resolve network issues and escalate as appropriate.
Setting up accounts for new users.
Ensure that all internet services are up and running at all times.
Make decisions and proffer solutions to management based on expertise.


JOB SPECIFICATION:

A University degree in Computer Science or similar field.
At least 5years experience in a similar role.
Ability to work autonomously and manage own day to day activities.
Good attention to details.
Ability to explain complex issues to both technical and non-technical individuals
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Good planning and organizational skills.
