You need a mentor someone that can take your phone and install necessary poorn blocks on it yes, someone that can swap your phone and give u a Torchlight phone so u are cut off from that access. You need internet fast and you can not do it yourself, someone has to help you remain accountable.

It has to be someone you know physically.
