Bro, just make sure that your email and password is registered. You can change email if the current 1 keeps bouncing back. I've not been able to pass the first page also

The phone number that displayed after BVN verification is no longer active. I've been unable to edit it. I hope it's not an issue. Hopefully they will contact me through my email

It means you didn't register your email in your bvn. Bio data only display the data on your BVN. That's why you can't change your name and number and any data that came with it

The save and continue is down there. You can't c it because of that email that isn't responding
