If you are working put details of where you work but if you are not working then put figure zero not alphabet 'O' then fill the rest and submit

3 things might be d cause sir. It's either your BVN isn't Tally with your DOB or you're not eligible for the program. A friend is experiencing same also. It might be technical issue too. Let's wait and c d outcome.

surname= Last name =father's name.
First name= ur own name
Middle name = other names of yours

It won't reflect. You should have done change of dob before commencing your registration
