He was just foolish.. He already made a fortune from politics and would have left like a boss.. He could have been respected just like OBJ but he chose to be a tool for this demonic APC.. He was severely used and dumped like a woman tongue.

Anywhere Candidate with Buhari backing will surely clinch the presidential ticket of APC, but the way things are unfolding ,southwest may end up as second fiddle for northerner again in 2023, I expect the southwest political big guns to support either Osibanjo or Tinubu to make it easier but the way scripts are be playing, they will surely play into the hands of northern elites.

Fayemi, Aregbesola etc will be used to fizzle out south west chances. They contended to be vice president rather than for south west be president. The vice President that South west has now, has no say in government, why should reasonable man fighting to clinch same office just for personal ego.

So pathetic! Only in Nigeria will a ruling party use a whole year to be fighting and aligning for an election that will be coming up in 2023.
They have not even considered the economy and how it will favor the common man. So for the rest of their tenure, they will be planning for 2023 cry cry

you mean the north should be allowed to have the presidency and party chairman position for 3yrs?

rezoning is normally done close to election. oshomole led NWC was bound to leave office in 2022 and there is enough time to elect a northern chairman then

Even if Tinubu is cleared the Afonja's have never been united enough to vote him because even in London/Lagos you hear funny commentary about this man.
The East is a No.
The South is a No.
The North would rather vote their crippled northern brother regardless of party.
The party and nation is only waiting to share his money.
Oshiomole or not he has no faith in Nigeria.

The APC chairmanship has not been zoned to the North yet . It is politically expedient and in the interest of fairness that if the contest for the post of party chairman will be among members from South South, the chairman of Caretaker Committee comes from North.

As far as 2023 is concerned, everything is so much in fluid state for anybody to make conclusions with air of finality.


If they decide to zone the thing to the north

Nothing will happen
