Maybe older model vehicles from Europe, but not from US because your budget will struggle to cover cost of shipping and (clearing for 2005 and below vehicles)

I mentioned Europe because you can do combine shipping (ie you can ship a truck with a car in it and pay shipping for only the truck) With that car will be cheaper
