The atmosphere is currently tensed in Imo State as Members of the Indigenous People Of Biafra yesterday clashed with the Nigeria Army.

News9naija learned that the members of IPOB were on attendance to one the burial of one of their members when they got obstructed by soldiers of the Nigerian Army.

The incident whichi took place at Awa-Junction in Nwaoriubi Mbaitoli-Ikeduru has heightened tension in the area as residents fear further breakdown of order in the areas a result of the confrontation.
