It's not misleading. Mbps and MBPS are the same (megabits per second), just that one is written in CAPITAL letters and the other in small letters. When you divide MBPS by 8, it gives you your actual download speed in MB/S (megabytes per second). So 86 MBPS is 10.75 MB/S. This means you can download a 20 MB file in less than 2 seconds.

For the most part I've had pretty good speeds with mtn. Stream movies and videos without issues. I was consistently getting about 100 Mbps during a visit. As I showed in this thread.

That is fantastic. That's the highest I've seen in Nigeria, and I'm not surprised it's from MTN. MTN truly has the fastest internet service in Nigeria. I remember when Etisalat was the fastest, before 9mobile ruined everything.

Cobranet is the server it automatically selected. When you run a speed test it selects the best server available to you.

As you can see, the name of the network is "Stay Safe" which is what MTN has been displaying since Covid-19 began.
