A Facebook user posted this on Group Kenya. Imagine this is a road in Mwatate Taita county built by governor Samboja Granton that leads to his office. Now, who is to blame? Engineers? The governor who passed here daily? Or @KenyaPower_Care? Either way this exposes our laziness and serious incompetence.
