I am exhausted already, this isn't funny again.

That's exactly what I feel is about to happen. Probably they are trying to put logistics in place. I had a strong conviction the virtual test was going to be postponed the second time.

Yeah. Most likely, exams will no longer be virtual. November 14th will be enough for them to make necessary arrangement. Hopefully, they won't postpone it again.

Should be at mariner if i am not wrong, they have a center there.

Please disregard them. There is no official statement to that effect.

Well I guess the exam was postponed subsequently to also accommodate candidate who maybe found a way to apply for the recruitment while awaiting nysc certificate or discharge cos some candidates who finished service since May haven't received their certificate. Although, some passed out yesterday, more are expected to get their certificates by next month. After then, every process can commence fully. Just my own view though..
