The fear of possible COVID-19 outbreak has been heightened; not just within NAUTH, but even in the University's main campus, Awka. Presently the institution is on two weeks lock-down; both Okofia and Awka. To this end, the Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee (CMAC); Dr. Joeseph Ugboaja, for the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital (NAUTH) has addressed the insinuations of possible COVID-19 outbreak in NAUTH-in a release which he made available to Ikedoji Best Point News.
