The former Secretary to Adamawa State Government, Engr Umar Buba Bindir, PhD, has indicated interest to vie for All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman.

Umar who is widely seen social media influencer in Facebook and Whatsapp mega groups extolling him a Man with the capability to make the party more strong and formidable under the banner of Unity.

Many have described him as an excellent leader who can make the party a ruling one at all times.

The Associate Professor is said he is a party loyalist and he will be in a rescue mission knowing the fact that the party has embroiled itself into a serious internal squabble in recent times that need people who have an unrelenting love for the party to rescue it.

"I'm after the unity of the party, I'm after making the APC a truly national, a grassroots people party with a winning ability at all times," Binder said
