The strong man has firstly installed all the state assembly members then selected an executive to head them.... So he got the governor on his balls... He can't breathe lest this zombies in the chambers will remove him through concucted excuses... In Edo, oshio wanted to build his own zombies in the state chambers, he did underground work for his disciples to win positions to the state chambers... Obaseki met with them ND couldn't turn them to his camp, hence, he shut them out of the assembly ground by making his induction date a secret known only to his followers. They gathered and were inaugurated thereby outsmarking oshio... He knows if oshio captures the house just like tinubu did with lag... Oshio will b a God.
