I was going to say this. I know the law of the NYSC said no new certificate can be issued after the initial one. The best that anyone can do is to swear to an affidavit in court. Ditto for School Certificates

Do you know how many topographic error people have on their documents. The institutions can be reached to verify authenticated certificate. There are even certified true copies from institutions
