“Thank You Our Dear President.” Since PMB took office, Nigeria’s State Governments have enjoyed: - N614 billion in Budget Support/Bailout - $5.4 billion in Paris Club Refunds (owed States for a decade, since the Obasanjo Administration) - N700 billion in Refunds for Road Projects (that’s what Governor Wike is grateful for in this advertisement) - Loan Restructuring for N575 billion worth of debt
