President Muhammadu Buhari received commendation and thanks by All Progressives Congress (APC) loyalist in Adamawa, Mu'awiya Abubakar Hamidu for appointing the former Nigeria Port Authority (NPA) Managing Director (MD), Engr Omar Suleman (Omorana) as an Ambassador to be.

According to Hamidu, the news of Omar has elated not only the people of Adamawa state but the entire North East for seeing in Omar worthy enough to be the country's representative in another country.

He thanked President Buhari and extolled him a leader with foresight in bringing able and well experienced Suleiman to help him in managing the country in the capacity of an Ambassador.

He recounted the achievements of Omar while in NPA who grown up through the ranks and file of the authority and retired as Managing Director with a clean record has earned him a good name of an upright person.

Mu'awiya further said the choice of Omar is a welcome development and show President Buhari's good idea of leadership to work with patriotic citizens will soon rebrand and change the country's image to other countries in the world.

"Omorana is one man I know that so much believe in this nation, he one person that has the country at heart and can do anything good to see Nigeria become great, in him is virtues to turn around things for good in the interest of the nation.

" Mr President may your show of good leadership never grow less, you have shown many in this country you are a true leader with a passion to bring greater change for future generations.

"Thank you immensely for appointing Omar to be our country 's Ambassador where he can rebuild, remake well the image of the country." He said
