is like comparing USA and INDIA. Is it because of the flyovers, that's ok, the man is trying. Almost remember that Anambrarians are the wealth commanders of Ebonyi as a state and Abakaliki as a town. No wonder federal government deemed it necessary to name the only federal University in that state to an Anambra man. I personally love Ebonyi to be off from the ladder of poverty and development out of the five states in the east, but most especially, to be academically sound like Imo and Anambra. I have an interest in the literacy improvement in that state esp among Izzi and ezza people. We started some projects there with schools and churches. The people are truly very poor and I pray that they would overcome very soon.

He/she made that statement because Ebonyi, due to the VVF center in the state already has the testing kit and ventilating machines (the only state in the east with 4 ventilator), which not even achievement.

Some private laboratories in Lagos have started carrying out COVID-19 tests since last month without any noise.
Ebonyi has been doing COVID-19 test since March without noise making.
