Alex Ekwueme, Abubakar Rimi and others contested against Obasanjo, Presidency was not zone to the South West, instead, South West snatched the Presidency

Just one strong warning from south East PDP and they are shaking like green leaves.

My opinion to ndiigbo is jisiike. One day our own will come. No region needs presidency to truly excel. What we need is fairness. Even with all what we have suffered, ndiigbo are still doing good every where they go.

Which work did Southwest and OBJ did for PDP in 1998 that they deserve their ticket?

Ekwueme also competed in the 1999 PDP primaries. Ekwueme did not compete in the 1999 general elections.

So if you Yorubas are bringing up Ekwueme issue, as a reason for Yorubas to also compete in the 2023 elections, then you must also agree that northerners can also compete in the same 2023 general elections, after all, a northerner competed alongside Ekwueme in the 1999 PDP primaries
