All roads awarded in the north since 2016, have been FULLY FUNDED and COMPLETED but the Roads in South of Nigeria are the ones that the FUNDS are never released on time or incomplete.

See the other three Projetcs of Road and Hostel, are ALL IN THE NORTH.

Look at pictures of Lagos- Abeokuta EXPRESS ROAD as of yesterday July 9th, on thsi thread and tell me why that Road is not considered for Repair in this Contract Approval but those ones in the North qualify.

Why renovating these roads for now when it is obvious that these are volatile places of insurgency?
Are they trying to renovate these roads for the terrorists and aid their activities?
Moreover, these places have light movements unlike other parts of Nigeria.

I advise the government to concentrate on carrying out physical projects in “relatively” peaceful part of the country and not the volatile parts where the projects can be destroyed at anytime. Only if there are some shady intentional activities being carried out by the minister
