The order states that 45 days from today, “any transaction by any person, or with respect to any property, subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, with ByteDance Ltd. (a.k.a. Zìjié Tiàodòng), Beijing, China, or its subsidiaries, in which any such company has any interest,” will become illegal. The order basically bans TikTok from the United States unless it is sold by its Chinese parent, ByteDance. TikTok, although popular, has been identified by technology experts as a spyware tool that allows the Chinese government to gather tons of personal information from user’s phones. Congress has disallowed its use on government phones as have several U.S. companies. The concern with the app is that there are next to zero privacy controls in China. Therefore, any data collected by TikTok was being funnelled straight to Beijing for the CCP to interpret and use in order to shape social media propaganda campaigns it runs like the massive one it is running during the Coronavirus lockdowns. TikTok is a hypnotically cute social media app that is meant to appeal to those who prefer mindless, short content. And that stress-relief approach has allowed China to insert itself onto the phones of millions of Americans. If you were designing a data-mining operation, wouldn’t you do it this way? The executive order may be more intended to force TikTok to finalize its buyout by Microsoft sooner rather than later. Otherwise, it’s goodbye TikTok dances in the U.S.A. Yesterday a horrific and powerful bomb detonated in Beirut, killing a great many. I read it was 1/5th the strength of the Hiroshima bomb. Our condolences to the victims. The blast might be explained away as an accident (I doubt it–how could huge amount of dangerous chemicals be allowed to remain stockpiled so close to a major city? More likely it was set off intentionally to accomplish a goal known only to its perpetrators. Beirut was once listed among the most beautiful (and stable) cities in the world before it became a crossroads for war. The United States was also beautiful and stable for a long while, thanks to our Constitution and Bill of Rights. Now the Marxists are ruining our cities and they want to destroy our country. The mass media and the Democrats are aligned with this. Too many powerful people at the top seem to want a Chinese communist system and they’re using their scamdemic as leverage to get it. Typically they gravitate toward behaviours that would remove any attention away from them and direct it elsewhere. Only one political party in the United States has a history of racism and that's the Democratic Party. Republicans were the Party of Lincoln, Reconstruction, anti-lynching laws, and the civil rights acts of 1875, 1957, 1960, and 1964. So what is the Democratic Party guilty of? They are the Party who have always been aligned with the KKK, Jim Crow Laws and Margaret Sanger to name a few. One can only imagine the guilt democrats must carry decade after decade due to the shameful, yet well disguised, racism they pretend to despise. Democrats have erased people like Josiah Walls, Hiram Rhodes Revel and Joseph Hayne Rainey from history books a long time ago. Removing their past has been an ongoing process over the years. It is the Democrats, not Republicans, who try to entice people of colour with duplicitous incentives and false narratives. It is the Democrats who overwhelmingly try to convince the black community they are the saviours of civil liberties in this country. The Democratic Party has always been pro slavery. In the late 1850’s the Republican Party came into being as a response and in opposition of the Democratic Party. The first seven African Americans elected to office happened between 1865 and 1877 and they were all Republicans. Most black Americans were Republicans at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. By the mid 1860's the Republican Party, who was aligned with African Americans, put quite a strain on Democrats and that resulted in the democratic creation of the KKK. The relationship between the two groups, the KKK and Democratic Party, was confirmed during the 1868 DNC when General Nathan Bedford Forrest, a former Civil war general, was made the first Grand Wizard of the KKK. The KKK was part of the Confederate Democratic Party from 1865 to Reagan and the ideals of structural racism remained until and beyond Bill Clinton. It was the Democratic Party and its leaders who created structural racism to maintain political power. In spite of their attempts to remove history from their timeline it is still well documented in a thirteen volume set of Congressional investigations beginning 1872. “The official documents, titled Report of the Joint Select Committee to Inquire Into the Condition of Affairs in the Late Insurrectionary States, irrefutably proves the KKK's prominent role in the Democratic Party." Jim Crow Laws were another way to control and promote racism in the United States by the Democratic Party. They were intended to oppress anyone of colour, which included Sicilians, spread segregation and prevent individuals from getting jobs. “The Democrats of the recent past wrote laws which segregated public schools, restaurants, transportation, rest rooms and public places in general (everything from water machines to public beaches)." Citation USA Today Network Many of the monuments depict Confederate Democrat Party Leaders of the past. Margaret Sanger was the founder of Planned Parenthood and a Democrat. Sanger and her beliefs are idolised by Democrats and still are today. In 2009 Hillary Clinton won the Planned Parenthood award where she said, "I admire Margaret Sanger enormously her courage, her tenacity, her vision . . . And when I think about what she did all those years ago in Brooklyn, taking on archetypes, taking on attitudes and accusations flowing from all directions, I am really in awe of her." So, who is Margaret Sanger and what were her beliefs? Sanger founded Planned Parenthood, The Birth Control Review and she embraced eugenics. “Eugenics encouraged people of so-called healthy, superior stock to reproduce and discouraged reproduction of the mentally challenged or anyone who fell outside the social norm. Eugenics was popular in America during much of the first half of the twentieth century, yet it earned its negative association mainly from Adolf Hitler's obsessive attempts to create a superior Aryan race."[1] Supporter of Eugenics include Francis Galton, Hitler and Josef Mengele. Sanger was also one of the founding Foremothers of the Progressive Movement. Some of her beliefs and teachings included: “The most merciful thing that the large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it." [2] “We want a world freer, happier, cleaner we want a race of thoroughbreds." [3] “We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members" [4] Planned Parenthood is the largest provider of abortions nationwide. They have done a great job in creating the illusion that they benefit anyone of colour. Seventy nine percent of Planned Parenthood abortion facilities are located in walking distance from Latina or Black communities. In tracking the abortion industry it clearly shows that they target women of colour. They use tactics which include career and education as being more important over the lives of their babies. Planned Parenthood has consistently refused to publish data on the proportion of abortions and sterilization of minorities worldwide. “Between 2007 and 2010, nearly 36 percent of all abortions in the United States were performed on black children, even though black Americans make up only 13 percent of our population. A further 21 percent of abortions were performed on Hispanics, and 7 percent more on other minority groups, for a total of 64 percent of U.S. abortions tragically performed on minority groups" [5] “Many legislators benefit from Planned Parenthood's generosity. “This month, several Democratic U.S. senators incredibly cited race when opposing a bill requiring medical aid for babies born alive after a botched abortion. One stated that black babies are three times more likely to die in their first year, which is an odd reason to withhold care from them. Another senator cited racial disparities in the healthcare industry to justify not giving lifesaving aid to already-born infants. A third Democratic senator cited abortion as a means of lowering the 700 maternal mortality cases each year in the United States." [6] Today, 500,000 unborn black babies die a year. The most dangerous place for a black child today is in the womb of its own mother. The Child has a 50% chance of living or dying.[7] Source

Will Judge Sullivan Be Removed From The Michael Flynn Case? The Thoughtful Conservative in Opinion, Trending Commentary August 7, 2020  When the Department of Justice decided to drop the case against former national security advisor Michael Flynn, the case, for all intent and purposes, should have been dismissed by the presiding judge. Unfortunately, rather than dismissing the case, federal district judge Emmet Sullivan issued an order inviting third party groups to file amicus briefs regarding the Department's decision to drop the case. The judge's decision was ultimately overturned by a three-judge appeals court panel. Again, rather than simply dismissing the case, Judge Sullivan filed a petition for rehearing for an en banc review by the full court for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, agreed to hear oral arguments on August 11, 2020. Initially, the court agreed to hear arguments regarding the writ of mandamus. However, on August 5, 2020, the court entered another order directing the parties to be ready to address the applicability of several statutory provisions relating to the issue of judicial impartiality. Given the court's recent order and Judge Sullivan's role/conduct in Flynn's case to date, there is a strong argument that he should be removed/disqualified from this case. According to 28 U.S. Code §455: (a) Any justice, judge, or magistrate judge of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned. (b) He shall also disqualify himself in the following circumstances: (1) Where he has a personal bias or prejudice concerning a party, or personal knowledge of disputed evidentiary facts concerning the proceeding; (5) He or his spouse, or a person within the third degree of relationship to either of them, or the spouse of such a person: (i) Is a party to the proceeding, or an officer, director, or trustee of a Party. The language of this statue is clear and compels a judge to disqualify him/herself under certain circumstances. More particularly, subsection (a) compels disqualification when the judge's impartiality might reasonably be questioned. While this does not require certainty, it will likely require a detailed and fact-specific analysis by the court as to whether the judge’s conduct, etc. made it reasonable to question his impartiality in Flynn’s case. Various Circuits have interpreted this provision differently. For example, some, but not all, Circuits have held that close questions should be decided in favour of disqualification. Subsection (b) of the statute is much clearer and compels disqualification if the judge is a party to the proceeding. According to Section (d), the term “proceeding" includes pretrial, trial, appellate review, or other stages of litigation. In light of this language, there is a question as to whether Judge Sullivan made himself a “party" to the lawsuit when he filed the Petition for Rehearing. In other words, by filing the petition, Flynn's counsel could very well argue that Judge Sullivan injected himself into the case as a party, thereby cementing his immediate disqualification in Flynn’s case. As a matter of fact, Judge Sullivan also appears to be named as a “party" in the court's recent Order and is allotted 20 minutes to present oral arguments. Therefore, if judge Sullivan is deemed to be a party, disqualification is mandatory pursuant to (b)(5)(i). The court's August 5, 2020 order added a new wrinkle to this already convoluted case. By ordering the parties to address the issue of judicial impartiality and disqualification, the court could rule on the issue of mandamus and/or also decide that Judge Sullivan should be removed from the case because he is a party to the proceeding and/or because his partiality can reasonably be questioned. Hopefully, the court issues its ruling in relatively quick fashion. Until then, Michael Flynn's freedom continues to hang in the balance. This article is intended for informational purposes only. I'm just the messenger... But here you go.... I’ve been researching this crap for awhile...The FBI uncovered a sex trafficking ring in Boystown, right outside of Omaha Ne. That was back in the late 80’s early 90’s when Barney Franks was a Senator. The FBI field director’s name was run into the ground , he was forced out of the FBI, and eventually was suicided. Pizzagate is real. It isn’t some conspiracy theory. It's real. It’s always been real. And you can’t convince me otherwise. If you think the Wayfair Stuff makes you sick, then wait. Because what you’re seeing is just a small piece to a HUGE puzzle. This runs deep. People laughed at Pizzagate…. They aren’t laughing anymore. Human trafficking is real. Sad scene as the entire white house staff came out to see Trump leave the white house on Thursday for whirlpool factory in Ohio and then to his resort in New Jersey where he will stay for sometime. Isn't it funny that the coronavirus is so smart, it knows Trump by name and follows him everywhere? 1. As soon as Trump showed interest in North Carolina for a rally, the virus surged there. 2. As soon as Trump announced Jacksonville Florida as the new location the covid19 cases doubled overnight there. 3.
