you both have jobs
you know where each other is for 8hrs out of the day
you get to spend a lot of time together
having $ex in the office is great if you can do it
you both can have each others back at work
there is a better understanding of when you say you are tired from working
etc

cons:
you both work together
you see each other all the time
you can interact normally without considering the feelings of the other person
you might feel crowded
you both might be fired for $exing on the job
you both can be fired for dating at the same job
if the relationship doesnt work out someone might have to leave
if the relationship doesnt work out, the akward moments would be endless
