Nollywood actress, Lola Margaret, has reportedly been deported back to Nigeria from the United States over an alleged fraud case. The actress allegedly got nabbed after a surveillance placed on her account reveals she consistently withdraws huge sums of money from the account. Sources close to the actress claimed that Lola was initially released on the ground that she reveals the identities of those she was working with on the illegal withdrawals, and she did. After Lola Margaret got released, she took to Instagram to thank God. She said, “What else can say onto the Lord? than thank u, my God is good”. However, the police later returned to take her in for further interrogations, and she has been in their custody ever since. There was no official report on the alleged card fraud by the Atlanta police, but the actress’ mugshot surfaced online. See below. Hints has it that the actress has since been released and deported back to Nigeria and considering the gravity of her actions, the actress has decided to relocate to Ibadan from Lagos where she formerly resided. Currently the actress is maintaining a low profile as she is yet to attend any public function as she hopes to rebrand herself and stage a strong come back to the industry. http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2018/03/fraud-brouhaha-actress-lola-margaret.html

The Catholic Archdiocese of Owerri Ecclesiastical Province has vowed to continue to speak against the alleged bad governance of the state governor, Rochas Okorocha. The church said it “will not bury it’s head in the sand like an ostrich, while things go wrong in Imo State, no matter the volume of threat and intimidation” from the state government. The Archdiocese also vowed to hold Governor Rochas Okorocha responsible, if anything happens to His Grace, Archbishop Anthony Obinna, or any of those working with him. The Archdiocesan position was made public yesterday, in its official mouthpiece, The Leader and widely circulated within and outside Owerri. The Church held that the press conference addressed by Okorocha’s Liaison Officer, Dr. Edward Ihejirika and Special Adviser on Electoral Matters, Mr. Steve Asinobi, in Abuja, was not only inciting but also “a declaration of war on the Archbishop and the Catholic Church.” According to the Archdiocese, the duo not only accused the Archbishop of “blackmail and intimidation”, but also warned that the Okorocha administration would “not handle him (Archbishop Obinna) with kid gloves, as was done by the Ikedi Ohakim government”. The state government had in the press conference warned that: “Archbishop Obinna succeeded in his blackmail then because Ohakim’s government handled the issue with kid gloves. But that would not be the case this time. We will not tolerate any intimidation or blackmail coming from anybody or anywhere, even from the spiritual realm.” The Archdiocese said that the Archbishop did not make any verbal attack on the governor’s wife and Uche Nwosu, adding that “the Archbishop was addressing everyone present, on issues concerning the state, which he has the right to speak about, without fear or favour.” http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2018/03/we-will-continue-to-speak-against.html

Since 2015 when it emerged as the ruling party in Nigeria, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been bogged down by circumstances of its formation with dire consequences on the platform and the government it is leading. • Executive, legislative arms in deadly intrigues ahead of 2019 The crisis rocking the All Progressive Congress (APC)-led Federal Government particularly as it concerns relationship between the Presidency and the National Assembly has defied all solutions. From its small beginnings in the form of struggle for the control of party structure and government machineries, the crisis has grown to such pettiness and dirty politics resulting even in very embarrassing scenarios. Instances abound where the lingering crisis had affected basic tools and ingredients for good governance like the national budget, appointment of key government officers, legislations, policy initiatives and general running of government. The Genesis In the days preceding the 2015 general elections, the political associations that transformed into the APC including the defunct Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP) and the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) each had its own idea of the benefits to get from the association. And as the camps were engaged in the plots and strategies to control the soul of the new party, more problems emerged from the camps of other political groups that joined after the merger. The strongest of these joiner groups are those who defected from the Peoples Democratic party (PDP). They included five governors from Kano, Rivers, Kwara, Sokoto and Adamawa as well as the then House of Representatives Speaker and incumbent Sokoto governor, Aminu Tambuwal, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and scores of legislators from the Senate, House of Representatives and State Assemblies. Relying on the terms and agreement they struck with APC leaders before defecting from the PDP, this group of politicians also joined in the scramble for the party’s soul. But by the time the sharing of positions within the party was over, only the three original parties that merged into APC occupied party positions leaving out the PDP defectors. United by this common grievance, the PDP group became desperate to fight for the National Assembly leadership positions, which were the only ones left whether or not the three original owners agree. Before June 9, 2015 when the election of the 8th National Assembly leadership was due, the PDP defectors were disappointed that the National Assembly positions they so much wanted have also been shared among the ACN, ANPP and CPC members. For instance, Senator Ahmed Lawan of the defunct ANPP was picked as APC’s candidate for the position of Senate President while Deputy Senate President was reserved for George Akume of the defunct ACN. In the House of Representatives, ACN’s Femi Gbajabiamila got the nod to be the Speaker as the CPC was to produce the Deputy Speaker. The table turned when the PDP defectors led by Bukola Saraki won the support of all lawmakers elected on the platform of the PDP in their quest to take the position of Senate President. The game in the lower chamber also changed as Yakubu Dogara, also a PDP defector, emerged as the Speaker. This was largely believed to be the main cause of the political bitterness that set in shortly after the emergence of the current leadership of the National Assembly. President Muhammadu Buhari did not waste time to express reservation when he said that he would work with Saraki and Dogara as National Assembly leaders even though he would have been happier if the real candidates of the APC had emerged. Also, the ACN caucus became so upset that its leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, at several fora, expressed disgust that the PDP defectors failed to comply with the instruction of the APC leadership. Saraki has equally linked his later travails at the code of Conduct Tribunal to the outcome of the National Assembly leadership election pointing out that his trial was designed to punish him for his emergence as Senate President. The face-off however became worsened when the Senate leadership failed to agree to the instruction of the party to give the remaining leadership positions to its nominees. When Ahmed Lawan later emerged as the Senate leader in 2017, things had so much gone out of control. Why the crisis refused to abate It is the belief of many observers and political analysts that none of the efforts made so far at resolving the problem was genuine enough to succeed. At the moment, members of the group of PDP defectors are still seen as usurpers on the various leadership positions they occupy at the National Assembly. With the commencement of political calculations for 2019, the camp of PDP defectors has equally not forgotten that the original founders of the APC have no place for them and as such, several meetings are being held to further strengthen their position. As things stand, even though they may not fully go back to their old platform, the Saraki group has not ruled out the option of a coalition with the present PDP. Victims of the crisis The face-off has affected many aspects of governance since 2015. The business of budget making and implementation is a major victim as every budget presented since 2015 has been bogged down by crises. And because of this atmosphere of mutual suspicion between the Executive and the Legislature, every little mistake by either of the party is blown out of proportion. For example, the delay in passing the 2018 budget is being blamed on the refusal of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to appear before the Senate to defend the figures voted for them. However, the executive arm of government continues to argue that it has provided the necessary details for the lawmakers. It remains to be seen whether or not the meeting of the National Assembly leadership with the President last Thursday would be of any use in this budget impasse. Another fallout of the crisis is appointment into key offices of the Federal Government to which the Constitution placed immense responsibilities on the Senate. Again, both parties have made things difficult for each other. An example is the nagging issue of the Senate confirmation of the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mr. Ibrahim Magu, which has been smeared in dirty politics since 2016 when he was nominated for that office. The Senate screened Magu, disqualified and pronounced him unfit for the position and requested the Presidency to nominate another person for the job. But the Presidency rejected this and insisted on having Magu occupy the office. When Vice President Yemi Osinbajo said there was even no need to have sent the name of Magu to the Senate for confirmation because the constitution empowered the President to appoint persons to occupy such offices without the Senate, the lawmakers not only condemned that statement, they also passed a resolution not to work on any further request from the Presidency for confirmation of appointments particularly those ones not specified in the constitution. And so, over 40 of such nominations have been pending before the Senate without consideration. Also affected was the meeting of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of the Central Bank of Nigeria which has been put off for a long time due to lack of quorum. It was only last week that the Senate took a decision to make an exceptional consideration of the nominations by screening two deputy governors and four members of the MPC. Read More: APC may not have moral right to seek votes in 2019, warns Shehu Sani The face-off has also put hurdles on smooth passage of key legislations and getting presidential assent with the current disagreement over the amendment of the Electoral Act being a ready example. The amendment of the Electoral Act, according to the lawmakers, would prevent politicians from reaping electoral benefits from the bandwagon effects that could come when the presidential election is held before others. A few lawmakers who opposed the amendment are still undergoing investigation and trials in the Senate. And true to predictions, the President rejected the bill. Without wasting time, the Senate began the mobilisation for overturning the President’s veto thus taking the face-off to a new level of tension. On the same day, the Senate charged the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen, to caution judicial officers against granting court orders capable of truncating the functions of the parliament. That was sequel to an order of an Abuja Federal High Court Presided by Justice Ahmed Mohammed asking the National Assembly should not to take any action on the bill. The Senate argued that the court order was a clear breach of the principle of Separation of Powers as enshrined in the constitution. Lost hopes Hopes that the impasse could be resolved have become dimmed because of lack of direction by the party leadership, which has not been able to get on top of the game. Unfortunately too, the Tinubu presidential reconciliation committee has serious difficulties resolving the problems. A key stakeholder in the political scene reviewed the development and submitted, “The problem rather requires an urgent meeting of stakeholders in which frank submissions regarding the remote and immediate causes would be made. The President who is the leader of the party would have to put down the robe of politics and intrigues, rise tall above every other person and hit the nail on the head. If his views are delivered in a tone devoid of favouritism, sentiments and other interests, many party leaders would have a second thought about their positions on the issues at stake.” http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2018/03/encumbering-governance-with-apcs.html

Founder of Omega Fire Ministry, Apostle Johnson Suleman has described the recent allegation of infidelity made against him by Stephanie Otobo as lacking in merit. He said it was a mere matter of public opinion which does not fetch anyone “credit alert” beyond talk. Suleman also described the furore generated as the result of a media trial, adding that the allegations could not have stood up to scrutiny in a court of law. Furthermore, he said the allegations were a blowback of him speaking against the powers-that-be. He made these known while reacting to a question on how his wife responded to the scandal generated by the allegation. Speaking to Aledeh, Suleman said, “All these shenanigans that snowballed into what they called scandal, I don’t have a scandal. I can’t have a scandal. Anybody could come up with any allegation, that is the backlash you get when you speak truth to power. “As far as I am concerned that’s a monumental lie because nothing like that ever happened. If we are going to talk about it we will be here for the whole day. I woke up like every other person woke up to see the news. “Some Nigerians never asked the question, how come they didn’t go to court because I went to court. They didn’t go to court because they had nothing to show. “It was just a media trial to dent my reputation and when they discovered that wasn’t working, they began to bring up so many to make the people feel if he is not innocent here, he is innocent here, so it was all drama. “I really don’t bother myself about what people say because public opinion is not credit alert. There is no one that gets paid by what people say. “Let me shock you, 90 percent of things that they say about me I have never read them. I don’t pick up my phone looking for what is not looking for me.” On how his wife reacted while the drama lasted, Suleman said, “She brought it to my knowledge one morning and she asked what was going on. Who is this person? She read the story and also the comments and asked me what was going on and I said I don’t know. http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2018/03/my-wife-brought-stephanie-otobo-to-my.html

Founder of Omega Fire Ministry, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has spoken on the confession of his alleged mistress, Stephanie Otobo. The cleric stated that he doesn’t consider the whole episode a drama. In a chat with Aledeh.com, Suleman said “All these shenanigans that snowballed into what they called scandal, I don’t have a scandal. I can’t have a scandal. Who is this person? She read the story and also the comments and asked me what was going on and I said I don’t know. “For the first few days, we didn’t know what was going on until we began to make calls. I think my wife is the champion in this whole drama because I wasn’t following the story. “When I knew it was a sham, I got busy because I knew it was going to die naturally. “Number one, my wife knows me. Number two, I try not to hide anything from her and I try to be transparent as possible and this stems from trust. I have teenage children. “I sat them down and I said go through the video and I made sure they went through the video and they saw everything so I asked them if they had any question but they said ‘no we know our father’ and they walked away.” http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2018/03/apostle-suleman-speaks-on-stephanie.html

Divine help and assistance is the supernatural extension of the hand of God to a person for his security, support, stability and the actualization of his dreams. Psalm 108 vs 12. Below are reasons why you need Gods help: 1. Mans Power and ability is Limited: Don’t put your confidence in powerful people; there is no help for you there [Psalm 146 vs 3] 2. Without God you can do nothing: I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing [John 15 vs 5] 3. We are designed to depend on God: My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth [Psalm 121 vs 2] , 2 Kings 6 vs 25 – 27 4. Many of the challenges confronting man are spiritual and it takes the hand of God to win: For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does[2 Corinthians 10 vs 3] http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2018/03/4-reasons-why-you-need-gods-help-and.html

The Benue State Chairman of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Rev. Akpen Leva, has disclosed that herdsmen incursions in the state has led to the destruction of over 500 churches in parts of the state. Rev. Leva, who spoke in Makurdi, said most worshippers at the affected churches were also displaced as a result of the crisis, which dates back to 2011. The cleric noted that aside churches, missionary schools located within the affected churches, pastoral centres and homes, clinics and rehabilitation homes were also lost to the crisis. “The destruction cuts across Catholic, Pentecostal, NKST, Anglican and several other churches located in areas affected by the crisis,” he claimed. “The level of destruction is actually worrisome and that is the more reason why there is every need for the Federal Government to consider availing these churches some form of compensation, so that we can rebuild the effected structures and also effect repairs on others. “Majority of those affected in the crisis are Christians, which means that the Church also carries the burden of contributing its widow’s mite to the upkeep of the close to 170,000 persons displaced in the state as a result of the crisis. “The situation in Benue State at the moment is pathetic; the state government has been overwhelmed because of the magnitude of the devastation and the number of the displaced. “There is certainly no way a state government can cope with the kind of number of IDPs the government is catering for at the moment.” http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2018/03/herdsmen-destroyed-500-churches-in.html

The federal government has debunked a media report which revealed that the high cost of treating Lassa Fever was responsible for the high mortality rate recorded so far in the country. A statement issued by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) and signed by its chief executive officer, Dr Chikwe Ihekweazu, stated that federal government has ensured that Ribavirin, the major drug used for the treatment of Lassa Fever, has been provided free-of-charge to patients, ‘for every single case of Lassa fever reported in Nigeria.’ The statement said “We read with surprise the headline in the Nigerian Guardian newspaper on Sunday March 11 2018 stating that the prohibitive cost of treatment is engendering high mortality from Lassa fever. While we acknowledge the high cost of treating Lassa fever cases in Nigeria, especially the cost of the drug Ribavirin, we want to state unequivocally that the Federal Government of Nigeria has ensured that Ribavirin has been provided free-of-charge to patients, for every single case of Lassa fever reported in Nigeria in 2018. “Despite the significant costs, there has not been a single day of stock-out of Ribavirin in any of the treatment centres in Nigeria. In addition to this, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has ensured that every state in Nigeria has an emergency stock of Ribavirin available to manage cases, ‘he stated. The statement added “In addition to Ribavirin, the treatment centres have been provided with other essential commodities required for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of Lassa Fever cases. The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has had rapid response teams, supporting the state governments of Edo, Ondo and Ebonyi for six weeks supporting all aspects of the response. “The state governments of the Edo, Ondo and Ebonyi States, with the highest burden of Lassa fever have also contributed significantly to the management of cases, ensuring that every single patient received the best treatment possible. All three state governments have supported treatment centres with dialysis machines and other equipment necessary for the treatment of Lassa fever patients. The spokesman added that NCDC has regularly kept Nigerians updated on its efforts to control the Lassa fever outbreak through regular situation reports available on its website (http://www.ncdc.gov.ng/diseases/sitreps), as well as regular press interviews including the Nigerian Guardian Newspaper. Unfortunately, the newspaper house did not contact NCDC to confirm this statement before going to press.” The statement noted that the Minister of Health, Professor Isaac Adewole acknowledged and welcome the support of Non-Governmental Organisations such as the Alliance for International Medical Action (ALIMA), “as they have come to support existing efforts by the Federal Government and State Governments who continue to lead the response to the Lassa fever outbreak”. The statement also added that the federal government accepts primary responsibility for the response, a responsibility that we take very seriously.” “The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) assures Nigerians that everything possible is being done, not only to respond to this outbreak, but to also build our capacity to prevent, detect and respond to future cases of Lassa fever in Nigeria. We urge Nigerians to continue supporting the diligent work being done by Nigerian healthcare workers across the country in this response. Once again, for further updates on the current Lassa fever situation in Nigeria, contact the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on www.ncdc.gov.ng.” http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2018/03/treatment-for-lassa-fever-is-free-fg.html

A member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) serving in Lagos State was on Thursday crushed to death by a train along the Ikeja-Along bus stop railway level crossing at about noon. The female corps member who was attached to an organisation within the Ikeja Local Government Council Area and was said to have telephone earpiece attached to her two ears, immediately lost three of her fingers and suffered severely fractured bones. Confirming the incident, Prince Mohammed Momoh, the Lagos State Coordinator, who had earlier announced that the corps member survived the accident, later informed that she died at about 7 p.m. in the evening while receiving treatment at the intensive care unit of the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTGH). “We lost the corps member just now. I heard the neurosurgeon and the orthopaedic doctors said they would conduct further investigations on her. But regrettably we lost her. Momoh, who commiserated with the family of the deceased corps member commended the kind gesture of Mojeed Alabi Balogun, the Ikeja Local Government Council chairman that joined NYSC to foot the initial bills. The coordinator who failed to disclose the identity of the corps member corroborated that her two ears were blocked with earpiece, saying that she was probably playing a loud music that prevented her from heeding to the warning and loud horn from the moving train. He disclosed that her next of kin had been informed about the incident. It would be recalled that a postdoctoral student of Economics at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) identified as Fatai Mutiu Abolade, who was receiving a phone call, was crushed by a train along Ikeja railway line about three weeks ago on the same spot. http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2018/03/train-crush-to-death-corps-member.html

Collins, boyfriend of Big Brother Naija 2018 housemate, Nina, has deleted her pictures from his Instagram page. Collins who appears to have moved on, deleted all traces of Nina’s pictures on Thursday. Recall that Nina had earlier told fellow housemate, Leo, that she discussed with Collins that anything can happen before entering the show. But giving reason for his action, Collins chatted on Instagram with a friend that he removed all of Nina’s pictures because blogs were misusing the pictures and attaching stories that were not true. Collins wrote,” I only removed the pictures cause different blogs were taking them and attaching different stories that are not true.” Many believe that he deleted those images because of Nina’s relationship with Miracle. http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2018/03/bbnaija-2018-ninas-boyfriend-deletes.html

Senate Committee on Local Content has summoned a British firm, BP Oil International Limited over a $3.3 billion pre-financing crude oil deal that may have breached the Nigerian Oil and Gas Content Development Act 2010. Chairman of the Committee, Senator Solomon Adeola, said, the summon was necessary in view of complaints against the oil giant by a Nigerian firm, Alsaa Gas and Shipping Nigeria Limited, which insisted that a $3.3 billion pre-financing of crude oil contract was an infraction of Nigeria’s Local Content Act, 2010. “The Nigerian company has provided technical and local industry knowledge support for BP Oil International Limited in the contract process with an agreement for a $0.10 per barrel of crude oil of the deal and was unilaterally revoked by the British firm,’ he said. The chairman further pointed out that: “part of its oversight responsibilities and functions includes to ensure that local companies are not undermined in their dealings with big foreign entities as well as ensuring compliance for NOGICD Act.” The British Company whose letter of summon was routed through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is expected to appear on March 28,2018. They are expected to appear with, “all emails, documents, agreements (signed and unsigned) between NNPC and AGSN relating to the contract” as well as all “ transactional negotiation documents and offers, term sheets and any legal documents to do with dealings with NNPC in this pre-financing opportunity including all correspondences from GED Finance, Group Managing Director and Standard Chartered Bank”. Adeola said, failure of the British firm to appear before the committee may lead to invoking parliamentary powers under the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, adding that it was regrettable that some of the infractions against the spirit and letters of the Local Content Act were being perpetrated with active collaboration of some Nigerians. http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2018/03/senate-summons-british-company-bp-oil.html

The Coordinator, Kwara Rescue Alliance, Abdulsalam Ibrahim, has declared that 70 political youth groups in Kwara State had formed an alliance to unseat the Senate President, Bukola Saraki. Ibrahim said the move was due to alleged bad governance and misrule by the lawmaker. According to him, residents of the state had yet to enjoy dividends of democracy as they should under the Saraki dynasty, adding that there was a need to liberate the people from misrule. He also claimed that the group was also poised to unseat Saraki’s loyalists and cronies in the governance of the state. Ibrahim who spoke with Punch in Ilorin, the state capital, on Friday, also accused the Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed-led government of ineptitude and lack of commitment to the welfare of the residents of the state. He maintained that the alliance was to reposition the opposition and make it more vibrant so that there would be a change of government in 2019. He said, “70 youth political groups formed an alliance to unseat Saraki because the state has lost direction completely and we have no hope in the possibility of a change especially by the ruling government. “We feel that even the opposition that is currently in the state needs some guidance. “The ruling government is totally out of the question and the opposition is not getting it right as well. “So, we want to bring the opposition together and we will ensure that the opposition goes into the elections as a joint force and with a credible alternative. “We are sure we are going to win the elections.” http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2018/03/2019-70-political-youth-groups-merge-in.html

The parents of Big Brother Naija 2018 housemate, Bambam, have reportedly reacted to the video clip of her and Teddy-A having 'it', which made rounds on the social media. The reality television stars were caught on Tuesday morning by the cameras making out in the toilet, in a video which stirred up reactions online. A family member of the embattled housemate identified as Fisayo Awonuga, took to her Twitter page (@FisayWonug), and revealed that Bambam's parents are furious after her toilet escapade, and have demanded that she should be brought back home. According to the family member, Bam Bam's parents who are staunch christians have met with the organizers of the show, Multichoice Nigeria and asked that she should be immediately evicted. The family also met with Teddy-A's mother in a bid to iron out issues. Here are the Tweets as captured online: So I wasn’t going to talk on this cos I do not want these dumb ass Nigerian blogs quoting me… Bamike’s family and mine go all the way back and I can confirm to you that her parents who were very upset yesterday have forgiven her. However.. Her father has summoned a meeting with The people at multi choice and the payporte boss to bring her back. They told him she is an adult so it will habe to be voluntarily on her part. Teddy A’s mothers also reached out to her mother few hours ago, Begged Bamike’s mother on Bam’s behalf and on Teddy’s. Teddy A and BamBam caught having sex She says he will date her on the outside, she will make sure of this. They are willing to move forward as long as there is no sex again. They payporte boss promised Bam’s protection henceforth. Her parents do not watch Big brother and have refused to watch the clips. So they don’t know what exactly is in. I maintain that Bamike is a very decent girl who shouldn’t be judged by this. Until she confirms there was penetration, there wasn’t. Bam’s dad still wants her out so we will see if the protection promised will stop him from trying to get her out. http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2018/02/return-back-home-now-bambams-parents.html

Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, is demanding the truth on who ordered soldiers to be withdrawn, a day before over 100 students were abducted by suspected Boko Haram insurgents from a secondary school in Dapchi, Yobe state. Fani-Kayode also compared the incident to Chibok, where the Governor of Borno asked for the Military to leave before some school girls were abducted in 2014. “You Chibok me, I Dapchi you. “We know that the Gov. of Borno requested that the soldiers in Chibok be withdrawn a day before BH attacked and abducted the girls. “Now tell us WHO requested that the soldiers in Dapchi be withdrawn a day before BH attacked and abducted the girls,” he wrote on his Twitter page. The Governor of Yobe State, Ibrahim Gaidam, has blamed the abduction of the Dapchi schoolgirls on the withdrawal of security personnel from communities in the state. Addressing journalists last weekend at the Yobe state Government House, Gaidam alleged that security check points were withdrawn from Dapchi and other communities, few days before the attack, a development which he believed gave room for the incident. http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2018/02/fani-kayode-demands-truth-on-withdrawal.html
