The Network you are using is the problem...Also Goto your settings and switch off the “Use less Power on WiFi”...
Restart the Vita n try again...From what I noticed, the vita Has problems when you try using Glo network on it.but it’s Okay with MTN..

Actually My friend, It’s Not...The Problem is that you reside in a region that makes it difficult to get the games..In other words, i think Ps Vita wasn’t made for Africans, should have been restricted to US only...

It all depends on the processor...A Good LapTOP with a strong processor can run it...If you are use an I5 or I7...It will run it...
