I watched the video I didn't see where he tore the uniform of a corp Marshall or where he damaged the windscreen or bonnet.He held unto the uniform of a corp marshal which was wrong,but he absolutely didn't tear it.He stood on the bonnet of the vehicle which is condemnable. There was no mention about how three marshals threw punches and slaps on the defenseless guy.He was the one that was brutalized.

I side with the FRSC on this one! That man should av gone berserk on armed police men na! But no! Anytime Nigerians see gun they fall in line nobody wants to die! So this is a clear abuse as this man saw they were unarmed! But all the same, even if a citizen is mad, d Frsc /police re trained to muster restraint to its highest order !! I'm aware of how dubious some of the road safety officers are but it takes you to go against the law before any other thing. They are not like the black guys.

I'll leave you to your conscience, but before I do that, it's important that you should know that agencies like the FRSC was originally not set up to be a revenue generating agency of the Government, but unfortunately, they're aim now isn't to ensure safety on our roads, but to fine any "erring" drivers and road users. This attitude has made people like me to loath them and whatever they represent on our high ways.

I had an experience with one Musa A. at Omuo Ekiti in May, 2019. I can never forget his name and face for life. I pray our path don't ever cross again. He made me to detest FRSC personnel's, unfortunately he is just one of the bad eggs.

3things work together to ensure safety........
1. The road
2. The car
3. The driver

If the road is in bad shape accident can happened ...
If the car is not in good condition, accident is sure
If the driver is not worthy of using the road, accident is sure

I stand corrected, but am sure with the behaviour of those safety officer on d streat, their focus is on the car......they don't give a Bleep how bad the road is....they even take advantage of the bad road by positioning themselves just after the bad sport on the road to operate.....inside life

Their officer also hit and slap the man countless times in the video. Will the officer get any punishment for assaulting a civilian?

Nigeria is a classical example of everything wrong with human beings. The shithole called Nigeria does not have good network of roads yet the authority have the gut to fill the roads with touts ranging from armed forces, police, customs and FRSC. Sometimes I wonder how Nigerians go through these tortures without running amok?

My conscience is quite clear as of that.
I said earlier that nothing is working in this country, most of the agencies deviate from their main functions thereby concentrating more on ways they can extort money from individuals. Their sole aim is not to make those money for the government but rather to encourage bribing.
Before they can do that it takes you to disobey the rules even though its minimal. I don't think they can just charged someone who didn't disobey the law.
